Simon West, Managing Director

"I get a real buzz out of helping people, and, as far as my job goes, that means helping clients identify their insurance needs and then finding an appropriate solution."

An active member of his local church, Simon has worked in the insurance industry since 1978 and founded MasterPolicy in 1990, after realising that insurers rarely had the specialist knowledge of the different requirements of the church and charities compared to commercial organisations.

Day to day, Simon services existing commercial clients, i.e. negotiating renewals, and advising on potential gaps in cover and risk management issues, including changes in leglisation.

Vicky Morris, Commercial Client Manager

Vicky joined MasterPolicy in 1991, and now has more than 25 years of industry experience. Her broad knowledge means that Vicky can deal with virtually any customer enquiry but she primarily deals with our commercial clients.

Ask Vicky what she finds the most satisfying aspect of her job and the answer is simple, "Resolving our clients' problems and ensuring that everyone receives the same consistent high level of service."

Teri Taylor, Consumer & Travel Client Manager

If you are planning any sort of trip, then you really should speak to Teri! She handles all aspects of travel insurance from dealing with the initial enquiry or quotation through to issuing and sending out the policy documentation. This includes the day to day administration of commercial annual travel policies under our exclusive ACE Guardian Travel scheme for church, charity and humanitarian aid workers. Additionally, Teri deals with our broker accounts and administers retail renewals (such as motor, household and self-employed liabilities).

Sue Yu, Office Administrator

Sue is the newest member of Masterpolicy, having joined us in May 2007 and she provides administrative back up to the team and assists with the general smooth running of the office - answering telephones, minuting meetings and conducting research.
